I have a relatively long experience in HR in the field of Time Keeping and Training and Development handling more than 200 employees. Having worked as an HR in an ISO Certified manufacturing Plant, i have extensive experience in process documentation, procedures writing,

As a Customer Development Manager, i have developed and executed sales and marketing plans,
have handled key accounts development, customer care.
As a Store General Manager, i have improved and documented processes and procedures of the store, have performed extensive stock management
monitoring and even developed an automated ordering system for the store.
I have acquired a very good skill in MS Excel and and MS Word in my hands on experience in handling large volume of data. I have honed my accounting skills in analyzing my stores Operating Profit and Loss in order to improve store performance.
