Profile Description

I have been working for American companies for at least 6 years now. These years of experience are mainly spent in the call center industry here in the Philippines. My exposure to the call center business had equipped me with the right values of how to deal with American clients. On the other side, I also do online jobs such as SEO article writing, general transcription and data entry; this is how I came across the website. If time permits, I would sometimes accept on-site technical support jobs for people who need assistance with their desktop PC, laptop and mobile gadgets; and in connection to this, I sometimes build desktop PC for clients. During my spare time I also blog about gadgets and technology to enhance my writing skills.
