BOQ Preparation: Translating raw measurements into comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQs), pricing schedules, and clear Excel take-off sheets.

Drawing Interpretation: Advanced ability to review and map items across civil, structural, architectural, and topographical drawing sets.

TENDERING & PROJECT SUPPORT

Tender Management: End-to-end tender lifecycle support and preparation of cover sheets for management review.

Pipeline Coordination: Maintaining CRM pipelines, tracking material finishes, and organizing supplier databases.

Document Control: Managing construction documents, RFQs, and technical specifications to ensure no scope gaps exist.

Clear Communication: Excellent written English for daily coordination, clarifying project scopes with clients and subcontractors.

QUALIFICATIONS & SETUP:

Registered Civil Engineer with over 2.5 years of hands-on experience in structural design and large-scale government infrastructure planning.

Highly disciplined, organized, and experienced in meeting strict deadlines in structured environments.

Tech-Ready: Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, high-performance workstation (Lenovo Legion 5) capable of easily handling heavy CAD files, complex PDFs, and large data sets.

TOOLS I AM PROFICIENT WITH:

Estimating & VA Tools: Bluebeam Revu, Advanced Microsoft Excel (including VBA macros), Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.

Engineering & Design Software: AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Geo5, Slide2D.
