I have worked as a call center agent working as a customer care officer for more than a year and that is where i practiced my English speaking skills. I can accommodate 35-50 calls a shift answering client's concerns about their purchased product.
After that, I have also worked as an English teacher to Korean students who come to the Philippines to learn English as their second language. I have an above average communications skills, both in writing and verbal. I can work for long hours with little or no supervision.
