Licensed Civil Engineer and a detailed-oriented construction estimator and designer based in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, with nearly 2 years of specialized experience in public infrastructure projects focusing on dams, irrigation canals, water control gates, pump stations, and flood/drainage structures, which require strict confidentiality; therefore, I am unable to share actual project files. Served as Project-in-Charge since hire, successfully completing 4 distinct infrastructure projects in a year with a 90-100% success rate across multiple locations. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Planswift, STAAD, and Excel.
