Profile Description

I have worked as an Accounting Staff in a Montessori for two school years and at the same time, as an Accounting Assistant of an external Accountant where i handled 2 manufacturing (sister) companies.
Then devoted another 2 years in taking care of my 2 daughters before going back to work.
I was invited for an interview in PBCom, Makati by E-Telecare Solutions, Inc. Gladly, I passed and immediately started my trainings as Technical Support for an Accounting Software - Quickbooks.
I had several trainings and became a Hybrid Agent (all-in-one Customer Service/technical Support/Sales Agent) and was titled as Financial Consultant.
Then, I transferred to an Australian Internet Company doing their (in-House) Business Process Operations here so that i can have a normal life with my family.
