I have my entire career life supporting customers and users on computer and systems-related issues, 6 months in call center, the rest is from hands-on support in systems. I have experience in developing applications in VB6 with MS SQL, MySQL server as database; simple Java development, and reports development using Jasper Reports. I have knowledge in computer networking and computer troubleshooting. I also have experience and hands-on work in computer installation and usage, from Windows to Linux (Ubuntu). I also have experience in handling and maintaining SQL databases.
