With most of my experience is dedicated in construction, I was able to play a key role in a construction. From being a field architect to now a project manager. Being able to deliver from design phase, bidding, purchasing, and implementation with the coordination with various trades, subcontractors, and suppliers. I am able to be part of construction team handing school, malls, retail strips, golf driving range, and condominiums.

As a previous part of Engineering and Construction Team, I am tasked with estimating both quantity and cost for accurate bid and quantity and financial efficient construction.

Able to read and understand plan and as well as prepare accurate plans in Autocad

Able to deliver full concept of architectural services from pre-design, schematic, design development, construction phase, and property management support. From the basic site analysis and space planning to conceptual design and preparation of detailed architectural and construction plans, even in cost estimate and take-offs, construction coordination on site, preparation of permit documents up to post construction phase and turnover phase. I was able to be part of various projects involving this skills and tasks.
