My most recent job was as a Roadside service associate, I assisted customers in setting up a request for roadside services. Doing outbound calls to the service provider to follow up on the status of the requested service. Also able to assist the customer through chat regarding their roadside service concerns. Able to verify customer's information regarding their insurance plan to their insurance provider. I have worked as a Market Research Interviewer, surveying the United States to collect information on the opinions and preferences of the respondents. Then, I worked as a Customer Service Representative in the Healthcare account. I work with customers, who have complaints, orders, or require information about their medicines purchased from our company. I also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customer’s needs at each step of the process. Then I worked as a Website Quality Assurance, I conducted a test on websites and other technical products to identify and resolve bugs, defects, and other potential issues. Also, I have worked as a Secretary / Admin Assistant for more than 2 years in a housing development company. I am a true all-around assistant with the ability to multitask, persistent, and committed especially in meeting deadlines. I know how to prioritize the most important tasks by planning ahead of time and organizing time management. I know how to follow instructions and I can accept criticism from my client to improve my efficiency. I am open-minded and hungry for new knowledge that I might learn from working with my future clients.
