I am a junior level Bookkeeping Virtual Assistant, Intuit Bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online Certified, and currently an Accountancy student. I have hands-on practice handling a practice service-based QuickBooks file where I recorded transactions, categorized expenses, managed invoicing with partial and delayed payments, and performed basic bank reconciliation stated in my portfolio. My accounting background allows me to understand how transactions affect the Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and other financial statements, not just enter data. I can help with transaction recording, expense categorization, basic reconciliations, accounts receivable tracking, and Excel data organization. I am looking to support a small to medium businesses that values accurate and consistent bookkeeping. Available for part-time bookkeeping work. I manage tasks around a fixed academic schedule and meet deadlines consistently. I can work independently with minimal supervision and I am open to training and feedback.
