Profile Description

I provide bankruptcy paralegal support to U.S. law firms handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases from intake through post-petition workflows. My experience includes bankruptcy drafting using Best Case, reviewing financial documents, managing trustee-required documents, client communication, and organizing cases for attorney review and 341 hearings. I am comfortable managing 45 to 50 active bankruptcy cases in fast-paced legal environments.

I work directly with clients through Zoo ---------- etings to gather and verify information needed for bankruptcy preparation. During drafting, I review intake details and supporting documents including IDs, Social Security documents, paystubs, tax returns, bank statements, lawsuits, bills, and creditor information to ensure accuracy and completeness before attorney review.

I have hands-on experience drafting Voluntary Petitions, Schedules A through J, and Statements of Financial Affairs using Best Case. I also analyze mortgages, vehicle loans, title loans, equity loans, liabilities, payment status, and other financial information to support accurate case drafting and preparation.

My post-petition experience includes collecting and organizing trustee-required documents prior to 341 hearings, requesting updated paystubs, tax returns, and bank statements, and uploading documents to trustee portals including Axos, Stretto, BK Docs, Epiq, and Blue Stylus.

Software I regularly use includes Best Case, Clio, MyCase, NextChapter, and Glade AI for bankruptcy drafting, document collection, and case management. I also use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Outlook, Zoom, and RingCentral for communication, scheduling, and workflow management.

I am detail-oriented, organized, proactive with follow-ups, and comfortable communicating directly with clients while helping attorneys maintain organized and efficient bankruptcy workflows.
