- Conduct marketing plans, institutional sales report plans, sales
forecasts, and budgets of assigned brands/product lines.
- Implement of brand/product development, advertising and promotional
activities with concerned parties such as : research and development,
manufacturing, sales, advertising and merchandising agencies.
- Monitors the progress and results of marketing activities and/or
projects and submits periodic reports and recommendations to
management.
- Assists in the preparation of the monthly brand management report and
project status reports.
- Maintains and updates historical records on information pertaining to
product and packaging development, pricing, promotions and
advertising activities, and distribution achievement of assigned brands.
- Conducts periodic field work and trade checks in coordination with the
field Sales force to secure first-hand feedback on the brand program
implementation, pricing, competitive activities, distribution and
merchandising levels.
- Assists in activities related to product and packaging conceptualization
and development and constantly seeks to recommend improvements
thereto.
- Periodically checks and monitors adherence to the Retail
Merchandising Standards for each of his/her assigned brands in terms
of in-store shelving, location, shelf arrangement, facings and use of
merchandising collaterals.
- Undertakes any special projects related to the marketing function that
may be assigned from time to time.
