I worked as a call center agent for over 5 years already. I have been into promoting website for basic internet connectivity for a year. In the same company I was transferred to the technical department as a firmware technician to provide solution for internet and networking connectivity both for home and business. I am also given the opportunity to hop into another field which is the Customer service. The specialization is to ensure customer satisfaction and providing product information then promoted to Customer Service Specialist which handles all customer's request, supervisor's call, data entry,email handling, telemarketings and provide resolutions to customer's complaints.
My long term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells! I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. I am an excellent trainer who achieves ongoing success with her teams by building morale, maintaining teams' self-confidence and training them to build the sale by improving their people skills.
