Profile Description

I am a Virtual Bookkeeper and Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor based in the Philippines. I help US-based businesses keep their books clean, organized, and CPA-ready. I am available part-time with flexible hours and open to both service-based and e-commerce clients.

WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU:
- Monthly bank and credit card reconciliation (multi-account, QuickBooks Online)
- Transaction categorization and cleanup bookkeeping
- Accounts payable — bill creation and transaction matching
- Financial dashboards and reports using Google Sheets
- Document management and organized digital filing
- E-commerce bookkeeping support (Shopify and A2X, basic to intermediate)
- SOP and process documentation

CURRENT EXPERIENCE:
I currently manage a US-based consulting management client — reconciling 7 accounts (6 banks and 1 credit card) with up to 300 transactions per month. I deliver clean, accurate books on time every month.

Prior to freelancing, I worked for 12 years at a microfinance cooperative in the Philippines as Accounting Officer and Accounting Supervisor. I supervised 4 accounting staff across 4 offices, handled full bookkeeping operations, managed BIR compliance, and built financial reporting systems used by 50+ tea ---------- mbers.
