I worked as a call center agent for almost 7 years . I have been into promoting website for basic internet connectivity for a year. In the same company I was transferred to the technical department as a firmware technician to provide solution for internet and networking connectivity both for home and business. I am also given the opportunity to hop into another field which is the Customer service. The specialization is to ensure customer satisfaction and providing product information then promoted to Customer Service Specialist which handles all customer's request, supervisor's call, data entry,email handling, telemarketings and provide resolutions to customer's complaints.
