Profile Description

I'm a client relationship professional with 8 years of experience in consultative sales, client acquisition, and account management, currently managing a portfolio of approximately 250 active client accounts.

Throughout my career, I've guided customers through onboarding, explained complex products in a simple way, and built long-term relationships through proactive support and regular account reviews. I enjoy helping people solve problems, creating organized processes, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

My experience includes working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Brevo, maintaining customer pipelines, coordinating follow-ups, and using AI tools to improve communication and productivity. I also built and manage my own travel blog using Wix, giving me additional experience with website management and digital tools.

I'm currently transitioning into a Customer Success role within the SaaS industry, where I can combine my relationship management experience with my passion for technology, continuous learning, and helping customers achieve success.
