I worked in the call center industry for over six years. I started as an agent and after nine months, I got promoted as team Leader. I acted in that capacity for almost 2 years. Opportunity came knocking again. I got promoted as Operations Team Supervisor or Senior Team Manager position. I worked for 2 years as OTS/STM. With these experience, I was able to enhance my problem-solving skills and negotiation skills, not to mention building rapport with clients. When I was given greater responsibilities, I have become more decisive.
