A. BPO task (finding comps, input, repair list and upload photos) and MLS Listings. Postings (including craigslist, html postings, backpage, etc), gathering NOD list, data entry and research (including property information, HOA, Utilities and Mortgage and Lien records) and monitoring of emails.
B. Multiple Property Management(for rental companies) - Inbound/call out (qualifying, giving information to renters about the house and other basic information)
C. AD listings – Posting Ads
D. Setting up Tools and Social media and managing them
– helping companies in Setting up Telephones for VA use, setting CRM
like Sugar, Propertyware, Zoho, etc and managing them.
Same goes to accounts for Social medias like
Facebook, G+, Twitter. Etc.
