Graphic Designer / Video Editor

My experience in Social Media Video Editing began when I started working as a Social Media Manager, where I was responsible not only for managing accounts but also for creating and editing the content I published. This hands-on experience helped me develop strong skills in producing engaging videos tailored for online audiences. Currently, as a Film and Video Production major, I continue to strengthen my knowledge in storytelling, editing techniques, and professional video production.

My Canva skills have been developed through years of hands-on experience, as it has been one of the main tools I have consistently used throughout my different jobs. I have utilized Canva to create social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, promotional content, and branded visuals efficiently. Through continuous use, I have become highly familiar with designing engaging content while working quickly and meeting deadlines.

My Adobe Photoshop skills were developed through both academic activities and hands-on work experience in Graphic Design and Social Media Management. I have used Photoshop to create promotional materials, social media content, branding visuals, and creative layouts. Through these experiences, I have built a strong understanding of photo editing, visual composition, and designing content that is engaging.

My background in Graphic Design began as my original major in college before shifting into Film and Video Production, giving me a strong foundation in visual communication, layout, branding, and creative design principles. In addition, my part-time work has allowed me to apply these skills professionally by creating graphic content for social media accounts, including promotional materials and engaging digital visuals.

CapCut has also been one of the primary tools I have consistently used throughout my work experience, particularly for quickly creating and editing video content for digital platforms. It has played a key role in producing social media videos, reels, and promotional content, allowing me to create engaging edits efficiently.

My Adobe Premiere Pro skills have been developed through both professional content creation and academic projects. I use Premiere Pro mainly relying on it for more advanced and heavy editing projects such as film activities, storytelling assignments, and larger video productions. Through these experiences, I have gained strong skills in video editing, sequencing, transitions, audio syncing, and creating polished final outputs.
