Architectural Drafting & 3D Rendering Specialist

I began using SketchUp in college for conceptual modeling and design studies. In my professional work, I have used it to create precise 3D models for client presentations, design development, and coordination. My experience includes transforming 2D plans into accurate 3D structures, applying materials, and preparing models for rendering and visualization.

AutoCAD I have been using AutoCAD since college, where I learned the fundamentals of architectural drafting and technical drawing standards. With 1 and a half years of professional experience, I have produced detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, as-built drawings, and construction documents for residential and commercial projects. I am confident in creating clean, accurate, and organized CAD files aligned with industry standards.

I have professional-level experience using D5 Render to produce realistic and high-quality renderings. I use it to create exterior and interior visualizations that highlight materials, lighting, and design intent. Throughout college and during my 1 year and 4 months of professional work, I have used Microsoft Office tools for preparing reports, organizing schedules, formatting documents, and creating presentations. Excel has been valuable for tracking project data, PowerPoint for design presentations, and Word for documentation and professional communication.

I started using Enscape during my academic projects and continued to apply it in a professional setting for creating fast, high-quality walk-throughs, static renders, and visualization outputs. My experience includes real-time visualization, lighting adjustments, and delivering smooth animations for client presentations.

Experienced in using PlanSwift for digital takeoffs, quantity measurements, and cost estimating from construction drawings. Skilled in improving accuracy and efficiency in estimating workflows.
