PROFILE:  I have been a Trainer Leadership Consultant
and Motivational Speaker with 14 years of training and development gained from corporate
and freelance experiences. I have trained local and
foreign trainees from varying industries in the
corporate and call center industry. I helped professionals to stand out in
their careers because my goal is to
unleash the learner's potential to enhance their self- confidence and climb the corporate
leader through training
and coaching. I developed
powerful relationships with my clients and managers to consistently help them build a culture of learning and
make an impact. I am a passionate Training Manager who is process oriented
because I am a firm believer of process improvement and innovation.

effectively with HR Managers and team to deliver customized training and create impact. My efforts were recognized,
which were evident through training
surveys, feedback, and repeat training. Furthermore, it gave me the opportunity to manage my team and mentor them. As a trainer, I was recognized in being able to build
a learning academy
and onboarding system
both for support
roles.
