I worked from a company owned and managed by foreign businessmen operating in the Philippines with my 5 years of experience I have learned how to handle different situations. I have handled different projects like Dell computers extended warranty, WAMU credit card applications and credit card activation. Purchasing Power selling computers, furniture, equipment, accessories etc for customers who do not want to pay cash or use their credit cards, and also doing customer service like checking on the status of their order. I also handled short term cash loans, so what i do is gather customer's information ask some qualifying question then submits the customer information to the client. I communicated directly with customers by phone, responded promptly
and answered/resolved customer inquiries and complains, I'm not a computer savvy but i know some basic when it comes to computer like ms word, ms excel, internet and email, encoding and google documents.
I have the ability to stay focused in stressful situations, and can be counted on when the going gets tough. I know i would be great addition to your team.
