I recently worked as a Virtual Legal Assistant for A US Law Firm who practiced Immigration and Family Law. My daily tasks for my client involved preparation of Immigration Forms, Legal Documents for Removal Proceedings and preparing initial Divorce Documents with the occasional need to do bookkeeping tasks for my attorney. During my time in the BPO industry I was able to develop exceptional communication skills which is essential when you need to handle different types of customers daily, keen attention to detail - during my time of being part of the workforce team and Reports team I had to prepare AHT reports as well as the scorecard for our LOB which demanded accuracy, problem-solving skills - identify root cause for detractor calls to help in action planning, coaching skills - as a team lead it allowed me the opportunity to help develop the employees assigned under me by ensuring they hit their monthly KPIs.

I also did outbound calls when we need to follow up with the customer regarding their issues/concerns and took escalation calls whenever needed.

I was under the Home Lending department and initially my tasks involved sending the title order to our vendors and doing follow ups on the title order request. During my time as a Loan Documentation Processor I had to create from scratch our loan inventory report to make sure that all loans are processed daily.

As a team leader I did quality audit on the calls of my team members. This involved both random and surveyed calls. This is to ensure that everyone is aligned with the behaviors being asked of us by our client. As a Loan Documentation processor I audited the loans processed by my teammates to ensure that we maintained 100% loan accuracy and avoid any onshore escalation.
