Profile Description
I am a PRC Licensed Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in cost estimating, BOQ preparation, quantity takeoffs, and project management for residential and mid-rise construction projects.
I have worked closely with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to prepare accurate and practical estimates that align with real construction conditions. My focus is on fast turnaround, cost efficiency, and clear documentation that clients can immediately use for bidding and execution.
I am proficient in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Revit, Bluebeam, ETABS, STAAD, and SketchUp, and I can work independently with minimal supervision.
I am available to start immediately and can support estimating, planning, and project coordination tasks. Short test tasks are welcome, and work samples are available upon request.
