I was a working scholar of the organization when I was studying college. I rendered 4-5 hours of daily work to the organization to meet the required duty hours. My responsibilities were to receive payments from the alumni students for the services they acquired, to liquidate expenses, make a monthly financial statement of the incorporation, and daily recording transactions. Also, with the internship program, it provided me with exposure to bookkeeping for clients. It was a manual method by recording it on journal books and the financial transactions will be obtained from the firm's used software.

I managed the asset properties of the company. I computed the carrying amount of assets and checked if they were properly accounted for and depreciated properly. Additionally, I made a depreciation lapsing schedule and created forms such as transfer forms, accountability forms, and disposal forms. With that, I made sure that everything is documented in every transaction to manage it properly.

Getting the reliable cost of sales computation of the company. I tracked every item's transactions and registered a new standard basis for creating inventory names in the system. Making sure that AP selected the right account, I collaborate with them by having access to their work and checking if the accounts they are using match with what I had registered. I also conducted a monthly count of inventory to match and verify my computations and reconcile what's actual and what's on the system.
