Hi, my name is Edgar Czerny Flor, 30 years old.
I’ve been working with Frontier Airlines under iQor Philippines, where I handle chat, email, and phone support. I assist customers with reservations, loyalty accounts, complaints, and I also take escalated or supervisor calls, which has strengthened my problem-solving and communication skills.
Before Frontier, I worked with ---------- as a Travel Advisor and was later promoted to Team Leader. In that role, I monitored KPIs, coached tea ---------- mbers, validated payroll, and prepared daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management. This experience helped me develop strong leadership, data analysis, and team-management capabilities.
Before entering the BPO industry, I served in the Philippine Air Force, 15th Strike Wing, as an Assistant Aircraft Mechanic, performing pre- and post-flight inspections to support various squadron missions. I later worked at Collins Aerospace as a Technician, eventually becoming a Test Technician II, conducting electrical, plumbing, and air-extraction tests for Airbus A350 galleys.
Across all my roles, I’ve built a solid foundation in customer service, technical work, teamwork, and leadership. I’m adaptable, dedicated, and always focused on delivering high-quality results.
