Experienced in setting and calibrating drawing scales; performing linear, area, and count takeoffs for materials such as concrete, masonry, flooring, drywall, painting, and site works. Skilled in creating and modifying takeoff assemblies, applying material and labor values, and organizing quantities by trade and scope. Capable of reviewing construction plans, identifying measurement requirements, and exporting takeoff data to Excel for cost estimation and budgeting.

Proficient in using Bluebeam Revu for accurate construction quantity takeoffs and plan analysis. Experienced in setting and calibrating drawing scales, performing linear, area, and count measurements for materials such as concrete, masonry, finishes, drywall, and site works. Skilled in creating and managing custom markups and measurement tools, organizing takeoffs using Tool Chest, and exporting quantified data to Excel for cost estimation and budgeting.
