Easy to handle and challenging to navigate Xero Software.

I have hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online through my internship and bookkeeping training. During this time, I worked on maintaining and updating the chart of accounts, entering vendor bills and customer invoices, and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. I regularly performed bank and credit card reconciliations, where I matched transactions with bank statements, identified discrepancies, and ensured accurate balances. I also categorized bank feed transactions, investigated errors, and made necessary corrections to keep the books clean and accurate. In addition, I assisted in preparing financial reports such as Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, ensuring that all financial data was properly recorded and organized. Although my experience is still growing, I am a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and confident in my ability to handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently.
