Hi my name is Rachel Prudenciado you can call me Cheng and I am from the Philippines. I've been working in a BPO industry for over 2 years. The first come company who accept me even I don't have an experience is ResultsCx for 1 year and 2 months, and the account that I handle there was Telco account which pure voice most of the time I handled more than 70 calls for whole shift. I help customer about inquires, concern and issue on their internet services and we do a basic troubleshooting. The second company that I work at IntouchCx I work that company for 11 months I handled a travel account which we do a mediation from guest and Host. I handled 30 cases for whole shift, and we need to make sure that the cases are closed. We do Inbound and Outbound calls and if the guest or Host doesn't response to our call we send a message to a platform and also to their Email as well and also, I am being part of escalation team. Most of the customer are really frustrated.

And now, I am transitioning into a Virtual Assistant role and while I may not have direct Virtual assistant role, but I do have strong background in Customer Service. I?m highly organized, reliable, and very willing to learn. I?m comfortable using tools like email, chat platforms, and basic productivity tools, and I adapt quickly to new systems and processes. I?m currently building my skills as a Virtual Assistant and I?m excited to support clients with tasks such as admin work, customer support, and day-to-day operations.
