My background includes working as a Paralegal / Administrative Assistant in a physical office setting, giving me a strong foundation in legal procedures, document handling, and day-to-day law firm operations.

I assist with legal document drafting, client intake, calendar and deadline management, case file organization, and attorney support. My experience includes communicating with clients via phone and email, preparing pleadings and correspondence, managing case files using Clio and Google Drive, sending legal documents through online mailing platforms such as Certified Mail, and tracking case progress through Excel spreadsheets.

Having worked in both in-person and virtual environments, I understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, professionalism, and meeting strict legal deadlines. I am highly organized, responsive, and capable of working independently while following attorney instructions carefully.
