Profile Description

My recent work experience was with Startek Internation Limited (which is an international company based in Denver, Colorado), i must say, was fun! I woudn't have lasted there if it was difficult. I was one of the top agents for my LOB (Line of Business) and a candidate as a Subject Matter Expert. My job entails me too work at night to cater to services needed real-time (U.S.A). We specifically handle transfer of phone services. We encode data from a pool of orders so that the request can be processed manually. I also handle escalated problems and issue trouble tickets. Basically, my task was to work with the team and accomplish our daily quota of orders to process. I am a team-player and i work best even under pressure. I know with the skills i have, i can definitely contribute to the advancement of a company.
