Construction Virtual Assistant

I am a Site Technical Assistant in a consultancy company, Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB), focusing on site monitoring and documentation for a 4-tower ongoing construction project. I assist clients, project managers, and hundreds of contractors by addressing their documentation needs and site-related concerns to ensure smooth coordination and efficient project progress.

Gained onsite experience in preparing and maintaining construction project documentation, including turn-overs, daily site logs, inspection records, permits, material submittals (RFA/RFI), and correspondence between clients and contractors.

Experienced in maintaining strong communication and professional relationships with clients, project managers, and team members. I ensure that client requests are handled efficiently by providing timely updates, accurate reports, and reliable project support. My goal is to build trust and deliver quality results by understanding client needs, anticipating concerns, and maintaining a smooth workflow throughout each project.

Gained practical experience in using Aconex to manage and control project documentation, including uploading, tracking, and reviewing documents. Coordinated effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely submission, approval, and distribution of project-related information.

Knowledgeable in AutoCAD for creating, reading, and modifying 2D drawings. Capable of preparing basic layouts, annotations, and measurements used in construction plans.

Completed training in Bluebeam Revu with a focus on quantity take-off and measurement tools. Developed skills in extracting material quantities andmarking up plans
