Profile Description

I was once a customer service associate/call center agent in Bank of New York Mellon that handles stocks & policies of thousands of companies. I became a transfer agent that handles customer concerns about their stocks and about the letter they received from the company they invest with. After 4 months as transfer agent, I became a Reorg Agent that handles mergers, demutualization, auction, etc of different companies. I gained a lot of experience from my previous job, definitely it is very challenging since I need reliable information to make our client not just contented but satisfied.
Right now, I am a Teller in a universal bank in the Philippines named BDO. I am handling customer's cash and check deposits, withdrawals, bills payments & do answers other client's concerns about their account.
