Hi, I’m John Carlo.

I am an AI Automation Specialist focused on building practical workflow systems that help businesses reduce manual work, organize data, and improve day-to-day operations.

I work with tools such as n8n, Make, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, Notion, ClickUp, Google Drive, and AI APIs to create automations for lead management, customer support, onboarding, reporting, CRM updates, and back-office processes.

My project experience includes CRM and lead automation, AI-assisted customer support workflows, appointment booking automation, onboarding sequences, and accounts receivable automation using Google Sheets, Google Drive, n8n, and JavaScript. I focus not only on connecting tools, but also on understanding the workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and designing systems that are easy to maintain.

I have a background in IT instruction, academic program coordination, technical documentation, workflow analysis, and web-based systems. I am also certified as an Information Technology Specialist in Artificial Intelligence by Certiport and have completed the academic requirements for an MSIT program with thesis pending.

I am open to project-based, part-time, and full-time opportunities in AI automation, workflow automation, operations automation, CRM automation, and no-code/low-code systems.
