Profile Description

I used to work as a technical support agent and
this type of job requires you
to be amiable and a multi-tasker at the same time. I learned how to use my time efficiently while at the same time being
productive and obtaining efficient results.
As a tech support I have learned how to troubleshoot different Microsoft operating systems and a little bit of Macintosh, mostly when it comes to internet connections and other problems the customers might be experiencing with their computers.
After which, I worked in a research company which caters to different clients in the U.S. , ranging from the industry of telecommunications, health care, transportation and others.
What we basically do is conduct surveys and Interviews and encode the responses appropriately.
I
learned to be accurate, detailed and particular in handling and using the information given and provided.
I also work as a part-time teacher in an English School. I taught Reading and Listening, Writing and Vocabulary. I've done a lot of writing for my students, check their own articles and provide them examples of such from my own. I'm very much a versatile person and I always finish my work/job with the best of my ability.
