Power App Developer / Power Bi Specialist

In my previous job, I worked closely with the Finance Department in preparing financial reports such as the Budget vs. Actual (BvA) and Target vs. Actual (TvA) for program performance. I managed and analyzed various data sets related to program activities and connected them to Power BI to create visual reports and dashboards. These helped program staff easily track their budget utilization and activity progress in real time.

I have advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI, specializing in data modeling, visualization, and dashboard creation. I design interactive reports that transform complex data into clear and actionable insights for program and financial monitoring. I’ve developed Budget vs. Actual (BvA), Target vs. Actual (TvA), and KAP (Knowledge, Attitude, and Practices) dashboards, integrating data from multiple sources such as Excel, SharePoint Lists, and Dataverse. These reports help program teams and management easily track budget utilization, program targets, and survey results, providing a clear view of progress and performance. I focus on creating visually engaging, accurate, and automated Power BI dashboards that support data-driven decision-making and organizational transparency.

I have hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Apps, where I design and build custom business applications that automate manual processes and improve data accuracy. I’ve developed apps for vehicle requests, procurement tracking, cash advances, liquidation monitoring, and activity proposals, all integrated with SharePoint Lists and Dataverse. My Power Apps solutions include automated approval workflows, real-time status tracking, and dynamic forms connected to Power Automate and Power BI for seamless data flow and reporting. I focus on creating user-friendly, efficient, and reliable apps that simplify day-to-day operations and support data-driven decision-making.
