Hi there! I'm Iya, a Social Media Content Creator and Virtual Assistant with experience supporting small businesses through content creation, graphic design, video editing, customer support, lead generation, and administrative assistance.

Since March 2026, I have been working with a pet grooming business called Pawmper Time where I create and publish social media content, design promotional materials, edit reels from raw footage, respond to customer inquiries, and assist in maintaining an active and professional online presence.

I also have previous experience in customer service and administrative support through my work with Nimbus Cycle, where I handled invoices, customer inquiries, order tracking, and data management using Excel.

In addition, I completed a freelance research project for an upcoming yacht show in Dubai, where I researched luxury brands and potential media partners, organized business information in Google Sheets, and generated a database of approximately 350 qualified leads within a 15-day period.

My background also includes administrative experience through an internship at the Office of the Mayor of Angono, where I assisted with documentation, filing, data encoding, and office operations.
