I am a Project Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in construction supervision, project coordination, and cost management across various site-based projects. I handle on-site activities from planning to execution, ensuring work is delivered with quality, safety, and steady progress—no guesswork, no shortcuts.

My expertise includes quantity take-offs, detailed cost estimation, and preparation of BOQs and Detailed Unit Price Analysis, backed by solid cost control and progress billing practices. I track budgets, validate contractor claims, and make sure every peso is accounted for—because overruns are not “part of the plan.”

I am proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, estimating software, and project scheduling tools, allowing me to bridge technical drawings with real-world execution. I also manage technical documentation such as plans, as-built drawings, inspection reports, and site records to keep projects audit-ready and organized.
