I have good communication skills such as written and spoken English language, and good with dealing with customers since I've been working in customer service industry for more than 10 years. I have started my career in customer service industry specifically in Technical Support field last May of 2009 and have been providing assistance and issue resolutions to clients' members/customers and make sure that their expectations were met or even exceeded. I have been trained to attend to client needs in a timely manner and make sure that I have provided them the best quality of service possible. With my efforts and hard work, I've been recognized and got promoted in just a short span of time, from a simple consultant, to a Subject Matter Expert or Senior Consultant.
