I have a very strong and deep knowledge of all existing credit repair processes including variety type of credit sweeps (CFPB,BBB & FTC, Secondary Bureaus' Freeze), Factual Disputes, Metro2 and all regulatory compliances, laws and policies such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) etc. I am using aggressive customized dispute letters filled in by consumer and case laws to challenge potentially inaccurate and erroneous information on credit reports and to resolve minimal to complex credit issues. Additionally, I am very proficient in doing ChexSystem removal and have a very effective method on doing Early Warning (EWS) and rental history disputes. I am also adept in using different credit repair software such as but not delimited to DisputeFox, Credit Repair Cloud, Client Dispute Manager (CDM) and so forth.
