I managed the school data of 6 sections - each with 30 students - at my time being a Senior High School Teacher for 3 years. I managed the daily maintenance and technical reports of 250 bus units, and also prepared the quarterly reports of the whole Maintenance Department to the executives.

I managed the collaborative execution of maintenance task for over 250 bus units with maintenance supervisors and mechanics. As well as good communication with other company department.

Through Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development, I was able to cater to all kinds of learners and provide effective learning strategies during my time as a Special Science Teacher. And by Preventive Maintenance Planning - ie strict implementation of Preventive Maintenance Schedule of Engine oil, Oil Filters, Air Cleaners and alike, the bus units were able to perform well and reduced the likelihood of breakdown on the line, ensuring public convenience.

By continuously monitoring the performance of students through their test scores, attendance, and constantly comparing them to the objectives set by the Department of Education, I can then develop specific tasks for struggling students. And as a Maintenance Planner, by submitting daily maintenance reports, we can monitor and present actual performance of various crucial components for a well performing bus unit. We monitor abnormalities of engine oil, tires, batteries, parts wear, of each individual bus unit belonging to the 250 fleet. These are then assessed and presented through technical reports for the executives.
