Profile Description

I have over 10 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry. I started my career in vessel operations, where I handled voyage planning, port coordination, vessel schedules, and shipping documentation. This helped me build a strong understanding of how cargo moves from origin to destination.I then worked with global shipping lines such as K Line, Ocean Network Express, and Maersk, where I handled import and export documentation, post-booking processes, system updates, and coordination with truckers, terminals, brokers, and internal teams. I was responsible for ensuring data accuracy, meeting SLAs and KPIs, and resolving operational issues to keep shipments moving on time. Currently, I work remotely as an Executive Assistant for a U.S.-based logistics company, where I support executive scheduling, onboarding, and cross-department coordination. This role enhanced my communication, time management, and remote coordination skills.Overall, I am highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. I’m now looking to apply my logistics coordination experience, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities in a Logistics Coordinator role where I can support smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
