As per my Sales & Customer Service Experience I am the type of person who loves taking on challenges and enjoys dealing and negotiating with customers. Many people say sales is difficult, and while it can be challenging, I believe that when something is your passion, you do not just work at it, you truly enjoy doing it. My dedication was recognized when I received the Best Customer Service Certificate awarded by my manager. Even though it's not directly from the company atleast someone notice and appreciate my potential. People often describe me as a cheerful, happy, and positive person even my customers and I bring this friendly energy to every interaction I handle.

I handle email management by keeping your inbox well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate. While I am not yet an expert, I have a strong skill and focus on sorting messages, removing unnecessary emails, and arranging everything neatly. Just like what I always do to my own personal email. I make sure your inbox stays tidy, updated, and easy to manage at all times.

I have experience using CapCut for simple editing tasks, from enhancing and adjusting photos to creating short videos and creative clips. I use it sometimes to edit images or make short, engaging videos, adding nice touches and simple effects to make the content look better and more appealing. What I like in here is just a convenient to use anytime, anywhere even you don't have internet.
