CUSTOMER SEVICE

I am a multitasker because my work experience required me to handle different responsibilities at the same time. For example, as a service crew and cashier, I managed customer service, processed transactions, and maintained cleanliness even during busy hours. As an inventory and office staff, I handled stock monitoring, documentation, and administrative tasks while coordinating with my team. In my recent role, I also managed client communication, scheduling, and sales support. These experiences helped me stay organized, manage my time well, and perform efficiently in fast-paced environments.

I’ve developed strong customer service skills through my experience working directly with different kinds of customers. As a service crew and cashier, I made sure to provide fast and friendly service, handle transactions carefully, and stay positive even during busy hours. When I worked as a sales staff and appointment setter, I focused on communicating well with clients, understanding their needs, and making sure they had a good experience. Because of these, I’ve learned to be patient, communicate clearly, and handle customers in a professional but approachable way.
