Data Entry Specialist, Virtual Assistant

My latest invovement in inventory Management would be my current position as an auditor in a school organization and being a Food Committee head in my NSTP102 Class. In my auditor role, I ensure that the beginning and ending balances of the inventories match the actual countings that is in the storage room. In my time as a Food Committee head in NSTP102, I had to manage my committee's inventories such that we have enough food, water, and drinks to serve to the masses of approximately 100+ people for 2 break times.

I have many experience in using Google Docs such as creating a research paper published in 2023, creating detailed reports submitted to my professors in college, and making personal reviewers in my course.

My experience with Google Sheets is that it is the app that I regularly use in my academics to compute for many BS Accountancy-related tasks such as my assignments. Another experience would be the school organization that I am a part of since Google Sheets is what I use for Inventory Management, payment tracking, and creation of Financial Reports as an Auditor of my org.

My experience with Data entry would be as far back in 2023 when we were researching about the effects of gambling among Ateneo de Naga Senior High School Students, my Work Immersion in the government agency named National Irrigation Administration - Magarao Branch where I had to use an inventory management system to manage and record inventory, and request purchase orders for acquisition of various materials.

I manage and audit the inventory each month as part of my duty as a officer in my organization named Chaplaincy Student Volunteer - Ateneo de Naga University

I had experience in being an assistant last year 2024 when during our NSTP. I was assigned as a finance co-head, thus making me an assistant to the head in managing and reporting the class' inventories, expenses, and cash on hand.

I was trained and certified to use SAP S4HANA between January and May 2025 as part of the curiculum of BS Accountancy in Ateneo de Naga University.
