With a decade of solid experience in the BPO industry, I’ve built a diverse background across sales, billing, technical support, and customer service roles. One of my proudest milestones was being appointed as Process ---------- d and Hardware ---------- d for the HP Printers account at Concentrix, where I played a key role in streamlining processes and driving team efficiency.
Transitioning into quality, I’ve served as a Senior Quality Evaluator, managing up to 4 LOBs and multiple ad hoc projects. In my current role, I independently handle 3 LOBs, where I’ve developed two compendiums to enhance quality standards and knowledge sharing across the team. I’ve also thrived in a hybrid setup for over 4 years, proving my ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results with minimal supervision.
As a dedicated solo parent, I’m now seeking a permanent work-from-home opportunity to better balance my professional responsibilities with family life. Remote work will allow me to maximize productivity by cutting commute time—time I can redirect to work priorities and home responsibilities.
