I'm the person you hire when you need a real problem-solver, not just an agent. My career has been about handling the two things that cause the most stress: upset customers and messy work.

My most important job was as a Tier III specialist. This just means I was the expert who took the calls no one else wanted. My job was to stay calm, listen to their high-stakes problem, and find a real fix.

My other main job was as a Senior Process Executive at Google. My role was to make the team's work run smoother and more organized. I am very good at keeping track of all the small details.

I also have real sales and upselling experience from my time at both Google and TELUS.

What I Am Looking For Now:

I am looking for a full-time, long-term career in E-commerce or Short-Term Rentals.

I am very serious about this. I have joined paid webinars and memberships with experts to learn Shopify inside and out. I have also been teaching myself Hospitable and Hostaway on my own time. I am ready to use these skills in a real job.

My home office is fully set up, and I am ready to work. I am looking for a serious, full-time career with a great company I can be with for a long time.
