Profile Description

I have been employed in different contact centers here in the Philippines that deals with an American client, I have worked with People support and I handled a Financial account. We deal with savings, checking account and do a payment for line of credit with our customers account. We performed wire and money transfers and the like. I was offered a job
by chase bank for the same position, I declined the offer because I was seeking higher position in people support, unfortunately I was not able to get the position and decided to leave the company and transferred to Infosys. In Infosys I handled a technical account, it was at&t u-verse, where in we deal with internet service, tv service and phone service. I
provided technical assistance over the phone, hence troubleshoot with the customer to resolve a certain problem. I was also
employed with teleperformance Philippines where I was a technical support as well for an internet service company. The account was Verizon, I have stayed with Verizon for 9 months and decided to leave because of a Family problem, and now I'm looking for opportunity to work at home so I can also attend to the needs of my family.
