I’ve been working remotely for over 6 years, and I’ve learned that whether it’s legal, travel, or real estate, the goal is always the same: don't let the leads go to waste. I’m the person who takes care of the front end, calling, emailing, and following up until a lead actually turns into an appointment.

What I actually do:

Appointment Setting: I’m comfortable on the phone and in the inbox. I know how to handle "no’s" and keep pushing until I get a "yes" on the calendar.

CRM Clean-up: I’m a "neat freak" with data. I’ve used Salesforce, HubSpot, and GoHighLevel to make sure the pipeline is organized and follow-ups are never missed.

Social Media Video: I’m not a cinematic editor, but I’ve edited my own reels and handled social media for clients. I use CapCut and Canva to make sure videos are snappy, captions are readable, and the brand looks professional.

B2B Marketing: I focus on building relationships that lead to repeat business. I care about consistency and making sure your brand sounds like a real person, not a robot.
