Profile Description

Computer savvy, good english communication skills and willing to work even on extended hours.
I am a registered nurse by profession and have worked in a certain hospital. However, the availability of jobs fopr nurses nowadays is quiet very slim so I expanded my horizon and tried other jobs.
I have quite a list of job experiences where in I can say that I am very hardworking and is very eager as well to learn and try new things.
One of the jobs that I had where I am very proud of was to be a TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE for an American Telecommunications Company mainly geared on troubleshooting tech related issues such as internet connection, phone, television, gaming consoles, line checks, email, other devices, even billing and accounting. Still as a techsupport, also worked with another American Company who handles Home Network Devices (routers, adapters, internet relatated issues, browser problems, etc).
Am very patient and good clients (even those who are very irate). Passed the Berlitz Language command with the English language (both written and spoken). In terms of article writing, I've done quite a few articles way back when in college.
